Greetings! I'm Yiing, a passionate Nutrition and Wellness Coach with roots tracing back to the vibrant land of Thailand. My journey led me to the United Kingdom at the age of 24, where I've dedicated the last 15 years of my life to serving in the esteemed National Health Service (NHS).

My career has been a fusion of diverse experiences, ranging from Pharmaceutical Sciences to Mental Health. Currently, I play a pivotal role as a Practice and Educational Supervisor, contributing to the growth and development of healthcare professionals.

My heart lies in the realm of holistic well-being, and that's why I've become a certified Nutrition and Wellness Coach. My deep-rooted enthusiasm for sport, fitness, nutrition, and overall well-being drives my mission to guide others on their personal journeys to a healthier lifestyle.
